From receiving your bulk shipment to getting orders out the door to managing returns — we handle it all from our Denver hub.
Receiving and inventory check-in
When your bulk shipment arrives, we receive it, verify it against your packing list, check for damage, and bin each SKU properly. You get a confirmation when it's done and a clear inventory count you can reference at any time.
Flat fee per inbound shipment — typically $50–$150 depending on volume and complexity.
Pick, pack, and ship
Orders received before our daily cutoff ship the same business day. We pick each item, pack it securely in plain or branded packaging, apply postage, and hand it to USPS. Most US orders arrive in 2–3 business days.
Per-order handling from $3, plus actual postage passed through at cost with a small admin fee.
Returns management
US customers return to our Colorado address. We inspect each item, restock sellable goods, flag anything that needs attention, and report back to you regularly. Non-sellable returns can be consolidated and shipped back or disposed of.
$3–$10 per returned unit, plus any outbound shipping.
Branded packaging and kitting
We can include branded inserts, tissue paper, stickers, and thank-you cards in your orders. Simple kitting — combining multiple SKUs into a single outbound unit — is also available.

Storage and inventory visibility
Your inventory lives in dedicated bins or shelf space in our facility. Storage is priced per unit, bin, or shelf position based on your SKU size. We provide real-time reporting on inventory levels.
From $0.50 per unit or $5–$25 per bin/shelf position per month.
A quick note on what we don't do
We handle non-hazardous, non-regulated goods only. We're not able to take on perfumes or aerosols, batteries exceeding airline carry-on limits, perishables, temperature-sensitive goods, or anything requiring special permits.
