About
Built by entrepreneurs, for entrepreneurs.
Our story
Why we built this.
Colorado Micro-Fulfillment exists because we kept running into the same problem: the fulfillment options available to small, growing brands were either too big, too restrictive, or designed for a product that wasn't theirs.
We're Dan and Nelly, a husband-and-wife team with Spanish and Dutch roots, now based in the Denver area. Between us we speak English, Spanish, and Dutch. This comes in handy when a good portion of our clients are European founders trying to crack the US market.
We started this because we understood both sides. The US brand that's outgrown their garage but isn't ready for the enterprise platforms. The European brand with genuine US demand, but whose customers keep leaving one-star reviews about shipping times.
We're a family of four, plus a dog who is very dedicated to quality control. We run a focused, hands-on operation — which means every client gets real attention and always knows exactly who they're talking to.
What we stand for
Our principles.
Logistics should be invisible
Your customers shouldn't think about it. They should just receive their order, fast and intact. We make that happen.
Small doesn't mean amateur
A brand doing 10 orders a month deserves the same professionalism as a brand doing 10,000. We treat everyone's inventory with the same care.
Transparency builds trust
No hidden fees, no smoke and mirrors. You know what you're paying, why, and what to expect from us.
Operators, not salespeople
You work directly with the people running your fulfillment. Not a rep reading from a script — the actual humans shipping your orders.
Location
Location matters more than most people think.
Denver sits in the geographic center of the continental United States. That means balanced transit times to both coasts — a parcel leaving our facility can reach the East Coast or West Coast in a comparable time window, which keeps your customer experience consistent regardless of where your buyers live.
Denver is also served by a major USPS distribution hub, which keeps commercial postage rates competitive. And for international clients shipping inventory into the US, Denver is a practical entry point for customs-cleared bulk imports.
